Then we drive north of Canberra to see some special animals on a farm. We will have a picnic lunch and spend the afternoon there, taking our time to enjoy the farm. We then drive back to Canberra to stay the night.”
“Sounds great Will, are we going soon?” Sebastian chirped with a smile whilst hopping up and down with excitement. Will smiled at Sebastian and said “yes, let’s get into the car as I see mum and dad walking there now. Fly up and sit on my shoulder Sebastian.” They settled in the back of the car, with Will’s mum and dad sitting comfortably in the front.
Off they drove to start their adventures. Sebastian looked at Will’s parents and whispered to Will “what should I call your mum and dad Will?”
Will’s mum overheard Sebastian’s whisper, so she turned her head around to face the back seats and said “you are such a cute and polite little sparrow Sebastian, I would be proud if you called us Auntie and Uncle”. “Oh, thank you” chirped Sebastian with wet eyes “you are so kind, thank you Auntie and Uncle.”
